We want colleagues, patients, carers, partners and our communities to experience meaningful engagement and participation in decision-making to shape health services in Gloucestershire.

As a Foundation Trust (FT), Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS FT is accountable to local people who can become members and governors. Members can be patients, members of the public and staff. Members can help Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS FT to develop services to best suit the needs of the people of Gloucestershire who currently use or who may use their services in the future.
